About This Opportunity The Senior Research Assistant will support the successful delivery of a nationally funded brain injury rehabilitation research project by providing specialist research expertise and coordinating activities across all stages of the research lifecycle. Working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team led by Monash University, the role engages closely with researchers, healthcare professionals, and Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations across Australia to drive high-quality, culturally informed research that contributes to improved rehabilitation outcomes and health equity.Key responsibilities will include: Support the planning, coordination and delivery of research activities across all stages of the research lifecycle.Contribute to study design, data collection, and the application of specialised research methodologies, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander research approaches.Prepare and maintain research documentation, including ethics applications, funding submissions, literature reviews and project reports.Analyse and present research findings through reports, presentations, graphs and other communication materials.Collaborate with project stakeholders and research team members while ensuring compliance with research protocols, safety requirements and quality standards.About You The University of Queensland considers that to perform this role, it is essential that the person is an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person.
