- Part-time 15 hours per week (0.4 FTE)
- Three days per week: Including Thursday, Friday and one other day

Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
The role of Tautāwhi | Admin Assistant in the Te Kaupeka Oranga | Faculty of Health is to provide high quality administrative support for the Administration Services Manager, Administrators and associated staff by utilising a collaborative team approach, engaging in efficient practices which are observed through the productive completion of daily tasks as may be required. Your work will vary throughout the academic year. On a day-to-day basis, you will help ensure faculty office, meeting spaces, and kitchens are well stocked, organised, and running smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for a range of enquiries, triaging and responding to shared inbox emails while providing customer service to staff, students, and visitors. Support during peak periods, includes results processing, limited-entry programme interviews, assisting with faculty events and meetings helping to ensure everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.

This role is perfect for someone looking to build on their foundational skills and grow within a supportive team environment. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills including the ability to cope with competing demands as well as:
- 2-3 years experience in administrative support roles, ideally within a medium to large organisations.
- Experience in a customer service and/or office administration environment
- Demonstrated resilience including ability to set priorities, manage time and plan work to meet deadlines, and escalate when appropriate
- Knowledge of the tertiary education sector is desirable
- Experience using and managing database systems
