The group manages the planning, development, operation, and maintenance of AUT’s property portfolio valued at $1.9 billion, spread over 3 main campuses. From property services to commercial and hospitality operations, security and emergency management, we provide end-to-end solutions that underpin AUT’s mission to enrich lives through technology, learning, and discovery.
