    Job Description:

    • Play a key role in shaping the student experience and supporting successful transitions into university study.
    • Build strong partnerships with secondary schools while coordinating impactful pathway programs.
    • Full-time (1.0 FTE) appointment on a fixed term basis for 3 years.
    • Base salary range: $99,040 – $104,669 p.a. (pro-rata) plus 17% superannuation.

    The Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education and Student Experience) provides strategic leadership across the University's education portfolio, driving excellence in learning, teaching, student experience, and academic quality. Within this environment, UWA Pathways supports students as they transition into higher education, creating opportunities for success through innovative pathway programs and strong engagement with partner schools.

    About the opportunity

    • Coordinate the operational delivery of Pathway Programs, including planning, scheduling, administration, and continuous process improvement.
    • Provide high-quality student support, responding to enquiries, monitoring engagement and progression, and helping students navigate their pathway journey.
    • Build strong relationships with partner schools and internal stakeholders to support student recruitment, transition, participation, and program effectiveness.

    About you

    • Relevant tertiary qualifications, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
    • Experience coordinating administration, services, or programs within a complex organisation, with an ability to contribute to operational planning and service delivery.
    • Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience managing enquiries, resolving issues, and supporting positive customer or student outcomes.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational, and time management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and build productive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving capability, and proficiency across common business technologies, including Microsoft Office applications, databases, and communication systems.
