The School of Trades delivers industry-focused vocational education and training across a range of trade disciplines, preparing students and apprentices with the practical skills, knowledge and hands-on experience needed to succeed in the workforce.
We are seeking a motivated professional to coordinate procurement, logistics and workshop support activities across our trade training environments. In this hands-on role, you will assist with purchasing processes, maintain supplier relationships, coordinate equipment servicing and maintenance, oversee deliveries and logistics, and ensure workshop spaces are safe, compliant and fully equipped for teaching activities.

Position Requirements
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in financial systems and business support software, supported by strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
- Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across a diverse range of internal and external contacts.
- Knowledge of procurement principles, policies, legislation and standards, with a commitment to ensuring compliance and best practice.
- A current Driver’s Licence is essential. A current Forklift Licence is desirable; however, applicants who are willing to obtain a Forklift Licence upon commencement are encouraged to apply.
