Join the School of Education and the Arts in this backfill opportunity supporting the VET Leadership team. As a School Administration Officer, you'll provide high-level administrative support to the Deputy Dean VET, Educational Team Leads and VET educators, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with University procedures.
You'll assist with a range of tasks including recruitment activities, timetabling coordination, committee support, student enquiries and document preparation. From maintaining accurate records and preparing reports to coordinating events and supporting process improvements, you'll contribute to the effective delivery of services across the team. This is a varied and fast-paced role offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative environment.

Position Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn University systems and processes quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the preparation of professional correspondence, reports and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-level administrative and committee support in a busy environment.
- Excellent organisational, time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and customer service skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally and maintain positive working relationships.
