    • Full-time, permanent with Base salary in the range of $85,451 - $94,983 + 17% super (HEW Level 5).

    • Based at our Vibrant St Lucia Campus.

    About This Opportunity  

    Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has become available to join UQ as a Systems & Projects Officer within the Systems & Data Intelligence team. You'll help enhance the digital student experience by supporting the systems, projects and improvements that connect thousands of students with services, events and opportunities every day.

    Working across a diverse range of stakeholders and technologies, you'll contribute to system enhancements, digital projects, process improvements and testing initiatives while building valuable technical, project and business improvement skills.     Key responsibilities will include:

    • Providing technical support and resolving system issues for staff and students.

    • Administering systems, including user access, configuration and maintenance.

    • Identifying and implementing process and system improvements.

    • Developing and maintaining online forms, workflows and digital solutions.

    • Working with stakeholders to gather requirements and enhance user experiences.

    • Supporting project delivery through testing, implementation and change activities.

    • Preparing system documentation, specifications and user resources

    About You   

    We are seeking an adaptable and collaborative professional who enjoys solving problems, engaging with stakeholders, and delivering practical technical solutions.

    You will also bring:

    • A relevant degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and demonstrated experience.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across a broad range of stakeholders.

    • Experience providing customer-focused technical or systems support and delivering reliable service outcomes.

    • The ability to analyse system issues, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement practical solutions.

    • Experience contributing to projects, including user acceptance testing, system changes, or change management activities.

    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

    • Experience working with business systems, CRM platforms, student management systems, workflow tools, or similar technologies.
