    Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
    The Records Office has responsibility for maintaining and checking student records at the University of Auckland to allow students to complete their programmes and move on to graduate and providing official letters and transcripts to students and alumni of the University of Auckland.

    An opportunity has arisen to recruit a Student Records Coordinator for a fixed-term appointment within the Scholarships and Progression team. Student Records Coordinators have responsibility for maintaining accurate student academic records, checking student records for completeness, ensuring compliance with programme regulations, and producing official academic records and letters.
    The successful candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customers service by ensuring student records are accurate and up to date, resolving or escalating issues and be required to manage their workload to ensure activities are completed within specified timeframes in a high-volume transactional environment.

    This is a full-time, 37.5-hour-per-week role on an 18-month fixed-term contract. The salary range for this role is $56,400 - $71,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.

    About the team | Mō tō mātou rōpū
    Reporting through to the Team Leader Graduation and Records, the successful candidate will be working alongside two other Student Record Coordinators as part of the Records Office.

    You will need to have a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work within high workload environment, providing exceptional customer service within a small, busy team, establishing and maintaining key relationships in the wider university.
     

    Important Skills | Nga Pūkenga Motuhake

    • High level of skill using computer applications, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, MS Office, SharePoint, Records Management Software
    • Demonstrate adaptability and teamwork to work in a setting with high-volume workloads and meeting deadlines with a high level of accuracy
    • Kia Whakamana i te Tangata Acknowledging, maintaining and restoring the mana and tapu of individuals, whānau and communities.
