    Precinct Operations Coordinator, UNSW Canberra City

    Employment type: Fixed-term contract, full-time (35 hours per week)
    Duration: To 3 December 2027

    Remuneration: Broadband 6/7. Level 6 from $ 108,021/Level 7 from $ 118,483 + leave loading + 17% super

    Why Your Role Matters:
    As Precinct Operations Coordinator, and reporting to the Project Manager, you'll help keep the precinct running smoothly while supporting its continued growth. You'll coordinate key projects, governance activities, reporting and stakeholder engagement, ensuring services, systems and processes are efficient, responsive and aligned with strategic priorities. Working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, you'll play an important role in delivering a connected and thriving precinct community.

    Who You Are (skills and experience):

    At Level 6

    • Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training and experience.

    • Excellent time management and organisational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.

    • Experience in stakeholder engagement including highly developed written and verbal communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills.

    •Demonstrated ability to manage moderately complex projects and services with high attention to detail, accuracy and governance compliance.

    • Demonstrated experience providing effective customer service and support to clients at all levels.

    • Project and/or service implementation experience, with an understanding of the project life cycle and development of project plans, objectives and documentation.

    • Highly proficient computer literacy with excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications.

    At Level 7 (in addition to the above)

    • Proven track record of independently leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects and/or services from conception to evaluation.

    • Experience driving process improvement and operational uplift within a team environment.

    • Demonstrated leadership capability, including mentoring, coaching or supervising staff.
