About the role:
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Integrity and Resolution Officer to join the University's Institutional Quality Assurance team.
In this diverse role, you will support the fair, timely and effective management of student complaints, grievances, misconduct appeals and medical leave matters, helping to ensure the University meets its legislative obligations while delivering positive outcomes for students and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the management of complex student cases.
- Providing secretariat support to the Student Appeals Committee, the Medical Appeals Panel and the Student Conduct Committee.
- Assisting with managing student grievance, misconduct and serious misconduct appeals and medical leave matters, ensuring effective communication, record keeping and outcomes.

About you:
You are a highly organised professional with excellent written communication skills and a strong eye for detail. You can confidently interpret and apply policies and procedures, balancing compliance requirements with sound judgement and discretion when managing sensitive matters. You build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Experience in a tertiary education, governance, integrity or compliance setting will be highly regarded.
