    • Base salary will be in the range $97,268.85 - $104,348.98 + 17% super (HEW Level 6).

As the Senior Student and Academic Administration Officer within the School of Human Movement and Nutrition Sciences, you will be part of a collaborative and high performing team that enables student success and academic integrity. With a focus on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement, you will bring clarity to complex processes and play a key role in shaping a seamless administrative experience that supports both students and staff.

    Key responsibilities will include:

    • Delivering high level, accurate, and timely advice and support to students, staff, and stakeholders within established policies, procedures, and legislative frameworks.

    • Providing day-to-day guidance, mentoring, and on-the-job training to team members while supporting the resolution of complex enquiries and administrative challenges.

    • Collaborating across Faculties, Schools, and central teams to ensure consistent and effective student and academic administration outcomes.

    • Monitoring, investigating, and escalating risks or issues, and preparing clear recommendations to support informed decision-making.

    This is a full-time, continuing position at HEW Level 6.

    • Proven experience in student or academic administration within a complex organisational environment.

    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, professional written correspondence on behalf of senior staff.

    • Experience supporting and guiding team members, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership approach.

    • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

    • A commitment to continuous improvement, with experience reviewing processes and implementing effective changes.

    • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across diverse teams.
