Job Description:
- Based at the Adelaide University Rural Health, Adelaide Campus
- Full-time (1.0 FTE), fixed-term contract for 24 months with the possibility of extension
- Salary Range: $116,320 - $130,498 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)
- Coordinate national delivery of a primary care clinical trials network

The team
Reporting to the Manager Rural Programs and Contracts, you will work closely with the CARENet National Director and national governance groups to coordinate the delivery of a multi-partner primary care clinical trials network. You will support collaboration across universities, primary care research networks, state coordinators, practices and community partners to strengthen research participation across rural and underserved communities.

Experience
To join our community and thrive in this role, you will likely have the following skills and experience:
- Relevant postgraduate qualification in management, business, health administration, health services management, public health management, project management or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of qualifications and extensive relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating and delivering complex programs, projects, or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and organisations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and monitor operational plans, policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management, resource planning, and project reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative partnerships and work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and organisations.
- Demonstrated experience leading, supporting, and developing staff within a collaborative and outcome-focused environment
