About the role:
The Inclusion UC team is seeking a proactive Inclusion Coordinator to support students with disability and/or ongoing health conditions to access an equitable learning experience.
In this 12-month fixed term role, you will provide one-on-one support, working closely with students to understand their needs, coordinate reasonable adjustments, and deliver high-quality services that promote their wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess individual support needs of students with a disability and/or health condition and develop reasonable adjustment plans to implement necessary supports and adjustments.
- Maintain and record all student interactions, ensuring accurate and secure records within relevant university systems.
- Identify, evaluate, escalate and report on potential risks in relation to students with a disability.

About you:
You are a student-focused professional with a degree and/or relevant experience in disability support, allied health, student services or a related field. You are passionate about equity, accessibility and creating a supportive learning environment where every student can succeed.
