About the opportunity:
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive coordinator to join us in this fixed-term opportunity through to February 2027, helping strengthen the University's connections with alumni, adjuncts, honorary appointees and other key stakeholders.
Combining stakeholder engagement, event coordination, and administration, this varied role offers the opportunity to support meaningful programs and initiatives that foster lifelong connections with the University.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate alumni and adjunct engagement initiatives, including events, networking opportunities, mentoring programs, and communications.
- Manage the end-to-end administration of honorary and adjunct appointments, ensuring accurate records and timely coordination of key processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with alumni, adjuncts, Professor Emeriti, and honorary appointees as a key point of contact.
- Maintain stakeholder records and reporting within the University's CRM, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Provide administrative and event support across the Advancement team, contributing to the successful delivery of strategic engagement activities.
