    • Process applications and documentation relating to admissions, enrolment, progression, examinations, and study programs in line with policies and procedures.

    • Undertake academic administration activities including timetabling, course and system updates, exam preparation, and grade processing.

    • Support continuous improvement by reviewing processes, maintaining data accuracy, and contributing to efficient and effective service delivery.

    About You

    • An undergraduate degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of experience and education/training.

    • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a busy environment.

    • Strong customer service skills with a commitment to delivering responsive and student-focused support.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.

    • High level organisational skills and attention to detail.
