PRIMARY DETAIL
• Annual base salary from $81,323 - $87,648 (HEW Level 4) per annum, plus 17% superannuation and annual leave loading• Full-time, continuing role with hybrid working arrangements
• Based at Macquarie University, Wallumattagal Campus, North Ryde

As the Administration Assistant within the Education Systems and Solutions team, you'll provide a broad range of administrative and systems support to PVCE leaders and teams. From maintaining accurate information, providing project support and triaging enquiries your contribution will help ensure rewarding educational experiences to students.
About the Role
Reporting to the Manager, Education Systems and Solutions, you will:
Deliver a comprehensive range of administrative and logistical support to enable leaders and teams to provide quality education experiences.
Use established systems and processes to maintain accurate, accessible data and information, in line with relevant standards and policies, to help meet business objectives.
Contribute to developing and maintaining process documentation, information sites and access registers to support record keeping, compliance and data governance requirements.
Provide data and reports to support decision-making and status awareness for managers.
Undertake a range of project support functions for the delivery of curriculum and education systems projects.
Apply knowledge of standard processes, procedures and systems to identify and implement solutions to everyday problems.
Determine when and how to carry out variable tasks of greater complexity within established processes and priorities.

About You
You are a proactive, well-organised, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a team to deliver exceptional customer service. You are a competent user of systems who can manage competing priorities and communicates effectively across channels with a wide range of people.
Selection Criteria
Qualifications and/or equivalent experience in administration, customer service, business or a related discipline.
Prior experience in a customer service role and a genuine interest in helping others.
Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills to engage with a range of audiences.
Excellent attention to detail, time management and written communication skills.
Experience using business systems and running reports.
Capability to work autonomously as well as within a team-based environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Desirable: Familiarity with university policies and administrative processes, and prior experience with University systems.
