- Deliver expert HR advice and coaching to support leaders and resolve complex workplace matters.
- Lead People and Culture initiatives, including change and capability development programs, in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Salary range: $116,262 – $127,078 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
- Hybrid, Nedlands campus.

About you
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- Extensive, HR practitioner experience in a large and or complex organisation.
- Demonstrated experience leading end to end employee case management, including conflict / dispute resolution and performance management.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills and demonstrated ability to set priorities and to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in a range of relevant software applications (i.e. Microsoft Office particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and experience with HR/payroll management systems).
