    About This Opportunity  

    As Delivery Manager, Integration Services, you will play a lead role in the end-to-end delivery of projects and business as usual services that meet UQ’s data and integration requirements. Working within Information Technology Services, you will guide a collaborative, high-performing team that supports the University’s teaching, learning, research and engagement objectives, translating complex needs into purposeful, reliable and scalable solutions that help create change together.

    Key responsibilities will include:  

    • Lead the delivery of integration initiatives and services, ensuring outcomes are achieved within agreed scope, timeframes and quality expectations.

    • Translate business and stakeholder needs into clear delivery plans, roadmaps and prioritised backlogs that support strategic objectives.

    • Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships, working collaboratively across teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery outcomes.

    • Contribute to governance, continuous improvement and service performance, supporting best practice integration approaches and operational excellence.

    About You   

    • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience, with demonstrated expertise in delivery management across complex technical environments.

    • Proven experience delivering projects and business services, using Agile, hybrid or traditional approaches to achieve outcomes.

    • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, communicate and build trusted relationships across diverse groups.

    • Experience working with technical teams, translating business requirements into practical and scalable solutions.

    • Demonstrated capability using delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS DevOps or similar to manage work and track progress.

    • Sound understanding of governance, reporting and delivery frameworks, with the ability to apply these effectively in practice.

    • A collaborative and supportive leadership style, with the ability to guide teams, foster accountability and drive continuous improvement.
