As Senior Manager, End User Technology, you will lead a high-performing team within Information Technology Services to drive innovation, operational excellence, and the delivery of impactful end-user solutions that support a vibrant academic community. You will work across diverse stakeholder groups to deliver meaningful change through technology in an inclusive, purposeful and future-focused environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
Leading the design, delivery and implementation of innovative end user technologies and services that enhance teaching and learning outcomes
Building strong partnerships across the University to influence, advise and ensure solutions are aligned with organisational needs
Driving continuous improvement, including automation and optimisation of technology services and processes
Leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high standards of service delivery and performance outcomes
About You
A postgraduate qualification in Information Technology or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and extensive experience
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering sophisticated audiovisual and end user technology solutions in complex environments
Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional service outcomes
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with experience working across diverse groups and seniority levels
Extensive experience managing and delivering complex IT projects, including planning, execution and governance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear technical and user documentation
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, implement new technologies and continuously improve service delivery
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
