As Senior Manager, End User Technology, you will lead a high-performing team within Information Technology Services to drive innovation, operational excellence, and the delivery of impactful end-user solutions that support a vibrant academic community. You will work across diverse stakeholder groups to deliver meaningful change through technology in an inclusive, purposeful and future-focused environment.

    Key responsibilities will include:

    • Leading the design, delivery and implementation of innovative end user technologies and services that enhance teaching and learning outcomes

    • Building strong partnerships across the University to influence, advise and ensure solutions are aligned with organisational needs

    • Driving continuous improvement, including automation and optimisation of technology services and processes

    • Leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high standards of service delivery and performance outcomes

    About You   

    • A postgraduate qualification in Information Technology or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and extensive experience

    • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering sophisticated audiovisual and end user technology solutions in complex environments

    • Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional service outcomes

    • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with experience working across diverse groups and seniority levels

    • Extensive experience managing and delivering complex IT projects, including planning, execution and governance

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear technical and user documentation

    • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, implement new technologies and continuously improve service delivery

    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
