    • Shape the visual and creative output of the Marketing and Recruitment functions
    • Full Time / Fixed Term – 6th August 2027 / Remuneration from $138,453 / Bundoora Campus

    About the position

    We’re looking for an experienced creative operations leader to drive the delivery of high quality, brand aligned marketing across the University. Reporting to the Director, Brand and Creative, you’ll lead design and production teams, oversee creative workflows and partner across the organisation to delivery impactful campaigns.

    Duties at this level:

    • Lead end-to-end delivery of creative projects (design, video, photography);
    • Manage and develop internal creative teams and external vendors;
    • Optimise workflows, processes and project delivery;
    • Provide strategic advice on creative direction and asset development;
    • Drive brand consistency and quality across all outputs.

    Skills and knowledge:

    You’re a confident and collaborative leader with strong experience in creative or marketing operations. You’ll bring:

    • University qualification in marketing, business, design, production or equivalent work experience with at least 5 years subsequent relevant experience;
    • Proven experience leading creative or production teams;
    • Strong project and stakeholder management skills;
    • Experience managing agencies and vendors;
    • A track record of improving processes and delivering results in complex environments.
