    • Campus Independent (can be located at Bundoora or any of our VIC regional campuses)
    • Classification: HEO10 - Base salary from $148,049 + 17% superannuation
    • Hybrid work model support

    The Senior Manager, Digital Experience and Innovation reports to the Director, Marketing and is accountable for the strategic direction, performance and continuous improvement of the organisation’s digital experience ecosystem. The role brings together lifecycle marketing, human-centred design, web production, digital platforms and data-led insight to create coherent, personalised and high-performing experiences that improve engagement, conversion and satisfaction for prospective students and other key audiences.

    Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the role shapes the organisation’s future digital marketing capability by developing multi-year strategy and roadmaps, and advising senior stakeholders on priorities, investment and performance. It leads and develops multidisciplinary teams, embeds customer-centred design, accessibility, compliance and performance frameworks, and partners across product, technology, marketing, data and commercial teams to deliver integrated, innovative and measurable outcomes.

    Skills and Experience

    To be considered for this position, you will have:

    • Senior leadership experience in digital marketing or digital experience, with a strong record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering transformational outcomes at organisational scale.

    • Deep expertise across core digital experience functions, including CRM and lifecycle marketing, UX and digital product design, web production, content management, analytics and marketing technology platforms.

    • Strong strategic, commercial and stakeholder capability, including the ability to influence senior leaders, manage budgets, vendors, technology investments and cross-functional relationships across marketing, product, technology and commercial domains.

    • Ability to operationalise strategy, interpret performance data, lead agile delivery models, adapt to change, and build inclusive, psychologically safe and high-performing team cultures.
