    Work that matters

    In this role you will help to lead the Exams and Results team to deliver high- quality, student-centred services that support the effective administration of exams and results across Adelaide University.

    You will oversee the planning, scheduling and delivery of all exams and results processes, including the preparation of timetables, allocation of venues, management of invigilator workforce, and communication with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.

    This role will also monitor quality, data integrity and reporting to support outcomes and working groups focus areas.

    The team

    The Team Lead, Exams and Results Central, will report to the Senior Manager, Exams and Results, but will work closely with Academic and Professional staff across the program and service functions, external vendors and exam venues, and committees and working groups.

    Experience

    To join our community and thrive in this role, you will likely have the following skills and experience:

    • Experience leading and developing a high-performing team in a customer service administration environment
    • Experience coordinating complex exams and results processes including event management, compliance and data integrity. Particularly in an exams and results context
    • Experience implementing process improvements and managing change
    • Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management
    • Experience in analytical problem-solving and communication
