    About the role:

    We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient HR and Risk Systems Administrator to join the Organisational Capability and Culture team within People and Culture. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes initiative, enjoys solving problems, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

    In this role, you will provide expertise in the strategic development, governance, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the University’s HR, risk, and safety systems. Working across People and Culture and Risk and Safety teams, you will help drive system enhancements that improve user experience, support compliance requirements, and align with the University’s strategic objectives.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Manage the administration and optimisation of the University’s HR and risk systems.
    • Lead system configuration, user access frameworks, testing, and release management.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive partnerships and deliver high-quality service delivery.
    • In collaboration with internal specialists, translate business requirements into practical user-centred system and process solutions that enhance user experience and staff experience.
    • Drive and deliver system-related projects and improvement initiatives.
