Join our Facilities Services team as an Asset Information Officer, playing a key role in managing and maintaining accurate asset data across the University’s buildings and infrastructure.
You’ll ensure asset records in Maximo are complete, up to date, and support maintenance planning, reporting, and informed decision-making. Working closely with University Stakeholders you’ll help improve data quality, systems, and processes to enhance asset management and service delivery.
This is a 12-month fixed term contact (37.5 hours per week) based at our Hamilton Campus. Salary will be in the range of $73,235 to $87,024 per year based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position

You will bring strong attention to detail and a passion for data quality, with experience in asset, facilities, or information management, enabling you to maintain accurate and reliable asset information across a diverse property portfolio.
You are highly organised and methodical, able to manage competing priorities while ensuring asset records are complete, consistent, and aligned with agreed standards to support maintenance, compliance, and lifecycle planning.
As a proactive problem solver, you identify gaps and opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and reporting, contributing to continuous improvement and informed decision-making across Property Services.
