    • Base salary range: $83,212 – $92,231 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

    About the area

    The Directorate of Student Success and Progression sits within the UWA Education Portfolio, overseen by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Education and Student Experience. Student Success and Progression play an integral role in the shared strategic goal of providing a world-class student experience.

    The Directorate has responsibility for critical across the student lifecycle, including Admissions, Enrolments, Fees, Scholarships, Timetabling, Student Advising, Exams and Graduation. Working across the University, the Directorate partners with academic and professional leaders to deliver integrated, student-centred services that support academic success, retention, and progression.

    The Student Offices team partners closely with Academic and Professional staff to deliver integrated and student-centred services that support academic success, retention, and progression.

    About the opportunity

    • Deliver high-quality, student-centred advisory and administrative services supporting students across the lifecycle, from enrolment through to graduation.
    • Partner with academic and professional staff to coordinate student management activities and enhance systems, policies, and processes for efficient service delivery.
    • Play a key role in creating a positive student experience by providing accurate advice, resolving complex enquiries, and contributing to student success and progression.

    About you

    • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience with substantial administrative background in a similar environment.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, accurate advice and manage complex enquiries.
    • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively, using initiative and sound judgement.
    • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the student experience.
