    As a senior academic within Psychology, you'll contribute to excellence across teaching, research and professional practice while helping shape the future direction of psychology education at JCU.

    You will:

    • Deliver high-quality teaching and clinical supervision across undergraduate and postgraduate psychology programs.
    • Lead the design and continuous improvement of innovative, evidence-based curriculum and student learning experiences.
    • Conduct impactful research and scholarly activity that strengthens the discipline's reputation and contributes to contemporary psychological practice.
    • Build strong industry and community partnerships that enhance placement opportunities, research collaborations and graduate outcomes.
    • Support accreditation and professional standards to ensure program quality and ongoing success.
    • Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and academic excellence.
    • Provide strategic academic leadership and contribute to discipline growth and workforce development

    What you'll bring

    You are a registered Clinical Psychologist with a passion for education, research and professional leadership. You bring a track record of excellence in teaching and supervision, together with a commitment to advancing the discipline through scholarship, collaboration and innovation.
