    About the role:

    Join a collaborative and supportive team where your organisational skills and attention to detail will help drive the smooth day-to-day operations of a dynamic Faculty.

    We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Operations Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support across a broad range of functions within the Faculty. Reporting to the Senior Operations Coordinator, you will be a key point of contact for operational enquiries and play an important role in supporting staff, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring processes run efficiently.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate a range of operational activities across HR, finance, travel, and compliance functions.
    • Support the resourcing of casual academic staff, including contract generation, stakeholder liaison, and timesheet administration.
    • Provide timely advice and administrative support on operational and finance matters.
    • Assist with financial administration, including budget tracking and reviewing credit card and reimbursement transactions for compliance.
    • Support work health and safety, risk, compliance, and training administration activities.

    You are customer-focused with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities. You enjoy working collaboratively, building effective stakeholder relationships, and finding practical solutions to support operational excellence.
