- Identify and segment stakeholders to ensure communication, engagement and learning activities are targeted, relevant and effective for different audiences across the University.
- Work with project teams, EDO leaders and Faculty and Division stakeholders to identify the most effective engagement channels, meetings and forums for each initiative.
- Develop and deliver high quality communication artefacts, including key messages, PowerPoint presentations, learning materials, leader-led communications, intranet or article-style updates, briefing packs and other materials that create a professional and coherent narrative around change.
- Identify, assess and manage change-related risks, issues and resistance, and develop practical mitigation strategies in collaboration with project leaders.
- Support senior leaders and project teams through coaching, advice and change tools that build confidence and change capability within our Team.
- Actively seek feedback and use stakeholder insights, adoption indicators and readiness measures to track change effectiveness and adapt plans as required.
- Contribute to reporting for relevant forums, including updates on change progress, readiness, risks, stakeholder engagement and adoption.
About You

You will bring
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or solid experience delivering effective change management in large-scale projects, including changes to people, process, technology, data, structures, operations or ways of working.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing fit-for-purpose change strategies, impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, communication plans, training approaches and business readiness activities.
