    • Total Remuneration $125,827 to $136,078 pa (including salary of $106,326 to $114,988 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

    The Work Integrated Learning (WIL) team at CQUniversity is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join the team. WIL connects students with real-world industry experience as part of their studies, supporting them to transition from university into professional practice.

     

    In this position, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for sourcing, coordinating and managing high-quality student placements that align with academic and career outcomes. You will drive the development of efficient systems and processes, oversee placement tracking and compliance requirements, and build strong partnerships with industry, government and community stakeholders.

     

    We’re looking for a collaborative professional with proven leadership experience, strong organisational skills and the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.

    Position Requirements

     

    • Demonstrated experience leading and supervising teams, building strong stakeholder relationships, and collaborating effectively across diverse groups.
    • Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to liaise, influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Proven proficiency in business support software, including word processing, spreadsheets, information management systems and email, within large corporate environments.
    • A degree with at least four years’ subsequent relevant experience and demonstrated management expertise, or an equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
    • Sound understanding of work placement requirements within higher education, with experience building relationships with external industry partners and sourcing placement opportunities (desirable).
