Are you a detail-oriented Learning Designer with a passion for creating impactful online learning experiences? Join UNSW’s Learning Experience Team and help shape transformational online courses for lifelong learners.
The Role
As a Learning Designer, you’ll:
- Design and develop high-quality online lifelong learning courses.
- Apply best-practice instructional design to ensure content is engaging, inclusive, and pedagogically sound.
- Collaborate with project managers, SMEs, and colleagues to deliver projects on time and to standard.
- Translate course architectures into engaging online topics, activities and assessment tasks
- Drive continuous improvement in curriculum design and learner experience.
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you bring:
- Extensive experience in instructional/learning design for adult learners.
- Strong knowledge of online learning, including current issues like assessment integrity and generative AI.
- Advanced attention to detail, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency with learning technologies and LMS platforms.
