  • Total Remuneration $107,321 to $115,586 pa (including salary of $90,688 to $97,672 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

The Office of Indigenous Engagement is responsible for overseeing and evaluating Indigenous Student Success strategies, including conducting research and providing support and advice to faculties and divisions across a range of specialties.

As a key member of the Office of Indigenous Engagement, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Indigenous student success at CQUniversity. Your primary objective will be to conduct research and related administrative activities, to inform and deliver exceptional support to our diverse student community. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with significant research experience and expertise in using large corporate data-management systems. You will confidently manage research projects, adhere to ethical guidelines, and consistently uphold a high standard of service.

Position Requirements

 

  • A degree with extensive relevant research experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to research projects, including the ability to successfully complete research-related administrative tasks (including drafting of ethics applications), undertake project planning and coordination, collect and accurately record data, and complete in-depth statistical analyses.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Demonstrated capacity to engage and network effectively with stakeholders, especially within Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities.
