- Base salary range: $ 112,114 – $122,544 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

About the opportunity
- You will be responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) particularly Gender Equity actions.
- You will ensure projects are effectively initiated, scoped, and managed to deliver the planned objectives.
- You will also be responsible for completing and submitting all Gender Equity related compliance and regulatory reporting as well as other DEI related submissions.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- Extensive experience working effectively with diverse groups, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles, with a particular focus on advancing gender equity within the Australian university sector.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation (State and Commonwealth) including Equal Opportunity Act 1984, Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 and Fair Work Act 2009.
- Previous experience working within the SAGE Athena Swan process (highly desirable not essential).
- Highly developed analytical skills with the demonstrated ability to design the collection of data, and to extract and analyse data relevant to monitoring and reporting on DEI.
