As a key member of the Frontline Student Services Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our student community. Your primary objective will be to provide advice and support to frontline student service staff, ensuring high-quality service standards. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with significant experience in administrative support and expertise in using large corporate systems. You will confidently manage applications, oversee projects, adhere to university guidelines, and consistently uphold a high standard of service.

Position Requirements
- A degree without relevant experience, a Diploma with two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent mix of education, training, and experience. Knowledge of tertiary education qualifications or completion of a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable.
- Ability to quickly learn and proficiently use various information systems and applications.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and professional consultation skills across all levels.
- Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and ability to meet quality outcomes within deadlines.
- Proven ability to work proactively and collaboratively in diverse, multi-location teams, maintaining positive relationships.
