  • Total Remuneration $85,571 to $90,384 pa (including salary of $72,309 to $76,376 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

CQUniversity is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Support Assistant to join our Office of Indigenous Engagement. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office and leadership team.

 

You will ensure all activities meet service standards and comply with University policies and procedures. This position involves engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, supporting staff, and contributing to the continuous improvement of office operations.

Position Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in providing high-level administrative support.
  • Knowledge and proficiency to effectively operate University operating systems, for example TRIM, Finance One, MS Office Suite, Moodle and business support software including word processing, spreadsheeting, database systems and email.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proven ability to organise work, meet deadlines, and coordinate projects with minimal supervision.
  • A Blue Card (Working with Children positive notice) is required.
