An exciting opportunity has become available within the Finance Directorate as an Accounts Payable Officer. In this role, you will support the Accounts Payable Coordinator by delivering key financial, administrative, and clerical services. Your duties will include processing accounts payable invoices, ensuring compliance with policies, and assisting with corporate credit card administration. Additionally, you will provide advice on travel policies, update training materials, and deliver customer service related to accounts payable and corporate credit card transactions.

Position Requirements
- Ability to provide a range of financial support services including accounts payable, accounts receivable and purchasing.
- An understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills including liaising and advising staff at all levels.
- Knowledge in the use of a large financial information system and business support software.
- A completed associate diploma level qualification with relevant work-related experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
