We are seeking a visionary leader to join our dynamic team as an Associate Professor in Nursing, with a special focus on postgraduate education, to advance nursing education through innovative teaching, research, and industry engagement. You will lead the development and enhancement of postgraduate nursing curricula, deliver high-quality education, and mentor future nursing professionals. Your role includes fostering interprofessional collaboration, driving research excellence, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our postgraduate programs.

Position Requirements

• Hold a doctoral qualification with significant experience in nursing.
• Understanding of current professional and educational issues in the domain. 
• Demonstrated ability to provide inspiring leadership in research, teaching, and/or academic governance.
• Proven ability to contribute to curriculum development, writing and evaluation using flexible modes of delivery. 
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Demonstrated ability to effectively teach and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate higher education students.
• Member of a professional body in Nursing (desirable).
