We now have two (2) exciting opportunities for dynamic and experienced Future Student Contact Advisor’s to join our Services and Resources Division.

  • $ 85,816.60 - $ 92,948.21 per year plus up to 17% employer superannuation contributions, leave loading and other generous employee benefits

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Future Student Contact Advisor, you will deliver exceptional customer service and guidance to prospective students, driving enrolments and enhancing JCU's brand. This role involves implementing effective lead management and conversion strategies, coaching a team of Contact Officers, collaborating with stakeholders to provide accurate program information, and ensuring adherence to quality assurance frameworks. You will also play a key role in fostering a high-performance culture characterized by teamwork, respect, and innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Degree qualifications and related experience or a combination of experience and education/training relevant to the role.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a sales, student recruitment or contact centre environment utilising consultative and solution sales techniques and the ability to develop technical product knowledge.
  • Informed organisational problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise judgement to manage workflow and prioritise to ensure deadlines and targets are met in a high-volume work environment.
  • Proven experience using a range of applications for example MS Office, marketing automation, and CRM.
  • Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills in dealing with people from a variety of backgrounds both internal and external to the organisation.
  • General understanding of marketing in the education sector including the student recruitment process

Special Conditions

  • It is a requirement of this position to participate in operational activity outside of the recognised normal span of hours
