• Perform a variety of administrative duties to support school operations
• Coordinate clinical placements, administrative tasks, and engagement initiatives
• Collaborate across teams to provide high-quality service and respond to evolving demands

About you

• Hold a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
• Extensive administrative experience with strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficient in computing, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
