Associate Lecturer, Psychology (TF) (Casual Consolidation role open to current LTU casuals only)

We are reducing the overall use of academic casual employment and providing meaningful pathways for casual academic staff to ongoing academic employment through our casual consolidation project.

To be eligible, you must (a) Have casual experience totalling at least two (2) teaching sessions at La Trobe University in the previous two (2) years; (b) Have not held a continuing position in a university in the previous three (3) years.

This Level A teaching-focused position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to curriculum development, teaching, and student support while engaging in innovative educational initiatives.

• Contribute to subject coordination, curriculum design, and development in online, blended, and face-to-face modes.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and demonstrated teaching effectiveness.

• Experience with learning management and student administrative systems.
