This is a full-time fixed-term position through to December 2025 with salary in the range $78,944.40 - $87,750.37 (HEW 5), plus a generous super allowance of up to 17%.
Bring your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication to gain valuable experience in student support, including advising on academic progress, financial assistance, and disability services.
Work alongside experienced professionals to deliver essential services to students, contributing to their academic success.

About This Opportunity
This role offers a crucial opportunity to provide essential administrative support to university staff and students. You'll serve as the first point of contact, assisting with inquiries and directing them to appropriate resources. Additionally, you'll support a range of Student Services programs and events, ensuring their smooth operation and contributing to a positive student experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
Develop and deliver programs, activities, and workshops to support students. Coordinate volunteers and student staff to assist in program delivery.
Administer and coordinate specific systems to support programs. Ensure accurate and timely reporting in compliance with legislative and university requirements.
Liaise with internal and external agencies on behalf of students and the University.
Provide initial advice to students and refer them to appropriate support services.
About You
Relevant degree or equivalent experience in administration.
Strong understanding of relevant policies and procedures.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment and may be required to complete background checks including, criminal history and education checks.
