About the opportunitySouthern Cross University’s Faculty of Education is seeking a Curriculum and Accreditation Coordinator to join their team to support the accreditation and development activities of new and uniquely structured courses. Your core responsibilities will be:
- In collaboration with stakeholders, support course and unit development, change and review processes in accordance with relevant University policies and Academic Board requirements.
- Under the guidance of the Faculty Manager, collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders and facilitate the application processes for course accreditation with external accrediting bodies.
- Draft, proof, edit and format submissions and coordinate accrediting body site visits as required.
- Liaise across the Faculty and University regarding implementing new courses and course changes, including student progression and transition.
You will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional with project management and communication skills. You will have experience coordinating accreditation processes and working collaboratively with various stakeholders. Specifically, you will have:
- A relevant qualification and at least two years’ experience in course accreditation administration or a similar process
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret information and provide recommendations
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a proven track record in preparing accreditation submissions
- A demonstrated ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and engage stakeholders effectively

- Full-time, fixed term (18 Months)
- Located at either Coffs Harbour, NSW 2450, Gold Coast, QLD 4225, or Lismore, NSW 2480.
- HEW Level 5. The base salary ranges from $80,737 - $89,717 per annum, plus 17% employer’s contribution to superannuation. The total remuneration package is up to $104,969.
