About the role:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive individual to assist with course quality development and the course monitoring, review, and improvement cycle. Working within a small and collaborative team, the ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to support internal governance processes, and a solid understanding of education policy. This position will also involve providing advice on higher education policy compliance, offering secretariat support for faculty committees, and developing documentation for governance purposes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Administer course accreditation processes and procedures ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Assist with course quality development, including data entry, quality checking and analysis to maintain required standards.
  • Provide advice on higher education policy, complianceand course related queries including interpretation and application of policies.
  • Offer secretariat support for faculty committees, including managing agendas, minutes, and working with chairs.
  • Develop accurate governance memos and written communications.
  • Triage policy interpretation queries and provide course-related advice.
  • Collate and analyse data to support course quality, accreditation and compliance activities
  • Manage the faculty’s academic and non-academic misconduct processes including documentation management and adherence to relevant procedures and policies.
