About the opportunityJoin Southern Cross University’s Student Administration Services as we seek to appoint multiple positions to provide administrative support during the student lifecycle, with a focus on enhancing our student experience. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Provide advice and support to students with a focus on efficiency and accuracy of information provided;
- Undertake general administrative duties including data entry the preparation of student correspondence; and
- Work productively in a team environment and share knowledge to support the resolution of student enquires.
You will be passionate about providing excellent service to current University students, with strong verbal and written communication skills. In addition, you will have:
- A relevant tertiary qualification and a minimum two (2) years of applicable experience in a student administration environment or an equivalent combination of education, training or relevant work experience.
- Strong time management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise initiative.
- An ability to interpret and apply policy, procedures and guidelines.

- Three full-time, continuing (permanent) roles
- Located at either Coffs Harbour, NSW 2450, Gold Coast, QLD 4225, or Lismore, NSW 2480.
- HEW Level 4. The base salary ranges from $69,473 - $74,607 per annum, plus 17% employer’s contribution to superannuation. The total remuneration package is up to $87,290 per annum
