About the opportunity
In this role, you will:
- Lead a high-profile project to rectify previous employee remuneration discrepancies.
- Oversee a multidisciplinary team and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, University policies, and industry best practices.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Law, or Project Management, or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- A proven track record in managing large-scale projects or compliance programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills across all levels.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Note: A current National Police Clearance Certificate is required by the successful applicant.
