About the opportunity
In this role, you will:

  • Lead a high-profile project to rectify previous employee remuneration discrepancies.
  • Oversee a multidisciplinary team and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, University policies, and industry best practices.

About you
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Law, or Project Management, or demonstrated equivalent competency.
  • A proven track record in managing large-scale projects or compliance programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills across all levels.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Note: A current National Police Clearance Certificate is required by the successful applicant.
