About the Opportunity:

The Student Connect business unit is looking for a Business Specialist to identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency while maintaining a high-quality student experience.

You will analyse and refine current processes, engaging with stakeholders from across the university. You will also undertake a pivotal role in leading new initiatives and processes to enable Student Connect to respond to change. A thorough understanding of student administration and support is required to navigate policy, systems and processes, and develop recommendations.

With excellent communication skills and a proven track record of facilitating change, you will play a pivotal role in driving improvements to our student systems and processes.
