CQUniversity is looking for a motivated Administrator to coordinate respiratory mask fit testing activities for our students prior to attending their placements within health settings. You will be responsible for coordinating key activities including booking appointments, assessing evidence of respiratory mask fit testing, maintaining student records, purchasing of resources across all testing sites and coordinating the invoicing/fees associated with the provision of testing services. If you are a highly organised administrator with experience and understanding of regulations relating to mask fit testing within a health setting, this role is for you.

Position Requirements

•    A relevant degree without subsequent experience, or an equivalent combination of extensive experience with other education/training experiences. •    Proven customer service skills with ability or experience providing a booking service within a busy work environment and using strong interpersonal skills when dealing with others. •    Demonstrated ability to coordinate mask fit testers for appointments, organise and prioritise work, meet deadlines and use initiative to complete tasks on time. •    Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with colleagues and build positive relationships within teams.
