Job Description:

  • Base salary (Case Officer): $91,833 to $97,052 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
  • Base salary (Senior Case Officer): $112,114 to $122,544 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

About the Team

The Integrity and Standards Unit (ISU) collaborates with the University community to uphold integrity, ensure adherence to expected standards of behaviour, and address complaints and reports related to University activities. Reporting to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Operations), the ISU strategically manages the University's frameworks for complaint resolution; student discipline; and child safety.

About the Opportunities

Case Officer:

  • Manage case intake/triage and oversee case management using the case management system.
  • Assist with complex case management, leveraging expertise and judgment to independently analyze and solve problems.

Senior Case Officer:

  • Provide case management advice and support to senior leaders and staff on managing complex complaints and student discipline cases.
  • Develop and lead complex case management approaches, including risk mitigation.
  • Conduct case investigations and support strategic initiatives within the ISU.

About You
To be considered for these opportunities, you will need:

  • Case Officer: A relevant tertiary qualification (or equivalent competency) in case administration and/or management and substantial relevant experience.
  • Senior Case Officer: In addition to the above, practical case management experience and experience in leading complex case management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.

Note: Provision of a Current National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check will be required by the successful applicants.
