  • Total Remuneration $126,883 to $142,289 pa (including salary of $107,218 to $120,237 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

In this position, you will oversee the successful implementation of the student work-integrated learning (WIL) framework, including strategies and activities across the University. You will be instrumental in developing partnerships with government, industry, and community organisations to create, maintain, and expand opportunities for student WIL.

 

You will lead the WIL team with a collaborative approach, ensuring that effective work plans and strategies are in place to achieve the group’s performance objectives. Additionally, you will prioritise the professional development of individual team members.

Position Requirements

 

  • Proven leadership and management skills with ability to manage performance and manage workloads for a large professional team.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and negotiate new stakeholder agreements.
  • Proven experience planning and analysing and coordinating the delivery of projects while balancing priorities and resources. 
  • Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or extensive experience and management expertise; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
