  • Total Remuneration $82,554 to $88,912 pa (including salary of $69,760 to $75,132 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

Work within the wider Alumni and Advancement portfolio to help lead programs to connect, engage, and promote graduates to support the University’s research and innovation, teaching and learning, student support, and community engagement strategies and goals.

 

Under direction from the Deputy Director Alumni Relations and Advancement Services, you will identify opportunities to engage and encourage participation from our global community of 135 000+ graduates. Your exceptional communication and organisational skills will see you design/improve, implement and manage a digital-first program of communication activities, volunteer programs and experiential projects to fulfil these opportunities and measure success.

Position Requirements

 

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to articulate a compelling case for engagement via mass communication methods or one-to-one.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in the operation of Customer Relationship Management systems, electronic communication platforms and marketing automation programs. 
  • Demonstrated analytical, conceptual, and critical thinking skills including the ability to develop approaches that contribute to improved outcomes in relationship and loyalty programs.
  • Proven time management and organisational, planning, and project / program management skills.
  • Strong relationship building and management, negotiation and influencing skills, with a proven record in maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
