  • Total Remuneration $82,280 to $86,907 pa (including salary of $69,528 to $73,438 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

The Global Brand and Marketing Directorate is responsible for student recruitment and all marketing activities, including branding and providing support and advice to faculties on a range of specialties. We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team and help deliver our Future Students strategy.

 

In this position, you will be involved in the planning and delivery of a variety of activities and targeted programs providing information and support, running group activities and events, and presenting information on learning pathways to those from underrepresented groups.  

 

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent customer service and communication skills to assist with conducting school visits, fostering relationships with both external stakeholders and internal university teams and offering guidance on career options and courses. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the engagement and development of future students while sharing the CQUniversity experience with the broader community.

Position Requirements

 

  • Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, education or similar. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including public speaking and written communication. 
  • Attention to detail, time management and well-developed organisation skills.
  • Knowledge in the use of computers including business support software and using large corporate information systems. 
  • An understanding of the Australian tertiary education and vocational training industry.
